Integration

During the integration phase, Unibo’s developers work to integrate to your platform and adapt the feed to fit into the Unibo gamification system specification. The Unibo team aim to do as much of the work as possible to make the integration phase as smooth as it can be.

Brand Setup and Customization

In parallel with the integration phase, the Unibo design team works closely with your brand team to customize the Unibo overlay and get to “on Brand”. After approval, Unibo implements the decided design on the newly created, dedicated, brand instance.

Training

As the integration and setup phases come to an end, the training of the system will begin. Our dedicated account management team will over several training sessions train your CRM team in the ins and outs of the Unibo system.

Monitoring and Assistance

Once live, the system is continuously monitored 24/7 by dedicated system administrators and our Account management team is available to provide
