The Role: Promotions Coordinator

The Promotions Coordinator will be pivotal in orchestrating effective retention strategies. Working closely with our Customer Success and CRM teams, you will manage, execute, and optimize campaigns designed to maximize player engagement through Missions, Tournaments, Jackpots, Races, Chases, and Prize Drops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Management: Plan and execute a comprehensive retention campaign calendar in collaboration with client brands’ CRM teams.
  • Seamless Integration: Ensure the successful integration of our platforms with client CRM systems for optimal communication and engagement strategies.
  • Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Produce and deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies.


  • Experience: 3+ years in CRM or promotional campaign management, ideally within the iGaming industry and Online Casino in particular.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and follow thorough plans with precise timelines.
  • Deadline Adherence: Proven track record in managing time-sensitive projects efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
